He listened to my individual needs and issues and then built a program designed specifically for me. He not only walked me through each exercise, how to do it properly but also allowed time for me to ask questions. Damian is very passionate, motivating, and very thorough with his explanations and visuals to demonstrate techniques and forms, and he adjusts the weights and exercise difficulties to my husband’s and my level respectively.
