The Process:

Step 1: Complimentary Phone Consultation

You and Damian have a phone consultation (~30 minutes) to meet each other and discuss your needs, goals, and the program in more detail.

Step 2: Pre-Program Data Collection

If you and Damian both agree you would make a great team and that starting the program at this point in your life is appropriate, you then go through a short data-collection period.

Step 3: Start-Up Consultation

You and Damian have a second, longer consultation to discuss the data you collected, cover additional relevant information that was not collected during the pre-program data-collection period, and map out your starting point together.

Step 4: Program Design

Damian uses the information you collected and the notes from the start-up consultation to create your starting point. This includes guidance in the areas of: nutrition, exercise/physical activity, and lifestyle strategies relevant to your goals.

Step 5: Begin Coaching Program

You and Damian meet (via phone or Zoom) bi-weekly for 30 to 40-minutes. During the consultation, you and Damian review the previous week, cover struggles, successes, and make adjustments (when necessary) to ensure you stay on track with your goals.

OUTCOMES:

  • Improve how you feel physically (more energy, greater mental clarity, improved digestive system functioning) and how you feel about yourself

  • You will learn the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, so you know how to achieve and maintain the level of health and fitness you want to have long-term

  • Permanent lifestyle transformation and replacing undesirable behaviors
