The Process:
Step 1: Complimentary Phone Consultation
You and Damian have a phone consultation (~30 minutes) to meet each other and discuss your needs, goals, and the program in more detail.
Step 2: Pre-Program Data Collection
If you and Damian both agree you would make a great team and that starting the program at this point in your life is appropriate, you then go through a short data-collection period.
Step 3: Start-Up Consultation
You and Damian have a second, longer consultation to discuss the data you collected, cover additional relevant information that was not collected during the pre-program data-collection period, and map out your starting point together.
Step 4: Program Design
Damian uses the information you collected and the notes from the start-up consultation to create your starting point. This includes guidance in the areas of: nutrition, exercise/physical activity, and lifestyle strategies relevant to your goals.
Step 5: Begin Coaching Program
You and Damian meet (via phone or Zoom) bi-weekly for 30 to 40-minutes. During the consultation, you and Damian review the previous week, cover struggles, successes, and make adjustments (when necessary) to ensure you stay on track with your goals.
OUTCOMES:
Improve how you feel physically (more energy, greater mental clarity, improved digestive system functioning) and how you feel about yourself
You will learn the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, so you know how to achieve and maintain the level of health and fitness you want to have long-term
Permanent lifestyle transformation and replacing undesirable behaviors
